Ray did a great job! I’ve done my research on SMP for about the last 4-5 years. I decided to go see Ray for a consultation after checking several other clinics that offer SMP! I was very pleased with his professionalism. He is very friendly and explains everything that he intends to do! I now feel more comfortable and confident wearing my hair a bit shorter! Disappointed with communication to say the least. Had three sessions of SMP done with Ray and reached out for a forth because I wanted a more of a lined up look and was ghosted. Didn’t hear back until I caught him in person. This is after multiple calls, texts, and DM’s. Ended up lasering the tattoo off because the procedure wasn’t done correctly after shaving my head and seeing the spots he didn’t fill in with the first three sessions. Wish I could’ve finished the process but after being paid he definitely didn’t care about finishing what he had started. Not a professional encounter with my experience!

After meeting Ray at 303smp, I felt like I was in good hands. He is trustworthy, and definitely made me feel welcome in his shop. I’ve had the SMP for over a month now, and not only do I look and feel younger, but I’ve regained my confidence back. Ray was amazing from the start. Reassured me on the process, checked in with me throughout the entire process, and made me feel comfortable again waking around without a hat. SMP by Ray is one of the best decisions I’ve made. With going bald, I would always wear a hat and would hate to have my head exposed in Public. Since getting my smp done, I no longer wear hats and I get compliments all the time on my hair cut which they don’t know is actually a tattoo lol. Confidence is up, and I feel good. 100% recommended.
