They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Came in for hair density (SMP) as my daily maintenance could not hide a bad haircut. Jonathan is skilled and was very reassuring of the results. With each subsequent session came growing confidence. Will definitely come back in the future for a retouch. Like I had, take a consultation and ask any questions if you're still unsure. Trust in the Process.
