Terrible experience!!!!! When we showed up for the scheduled appointment there was no receptionist and the number that was posted on the desk for you to call for assistance was ringing in the back and no one answered. When myself and my boyfriend arrived the waiting room was packed and people were sitting there agitated. This establishment sounds so professional when you schedule the appointment over the phone even following up with you, however when you get there it's a different story. The sad thing is, is that you hear people in the back rooms. Very unprofessional I knew I should have went to orange county! Never again! Amen 🙏

EDIT: They finally cancelled my dads account and credited his card four months later. They were apologetic and gave condolences since my dad had passed. They also told us wonderful things about my dad so it turned from frustration to bittersweet to thankful. They do great work just need a lot of communication when emergencies happen. ———— My dad went here. He was very happy with their services and enjoyed the ladies here. My one star is more for the stress they have caused us by not canceling the subscription and continually charging us when we told them to stop. My dad went to the hospital in July and has not recovered. We called several times to cancel his subscription when we realized he may not get better and they were very friendly and understanding about it. They even offered a refund. We figured the charge in July is understandable because it wasn’t planned. We were unable to be on top of the charges because of everything going on and we believed them when they said they would cancel his subscription. Unfortunately we just found out he has been charged AGAIN. Almost $400 a month for a subscription we have called every month since July to cancel. Very annoying and disrespectful, especially since we have told them we need to cancel because we need the money for his nursing care. Just a warning that if you cancel your subscription you may want to block them somehow because they are money hungry liars, even for ten year loyal customers.

[Xstrands+ Member] I have been a HairClub Member for about two years now and I can't say how appreciative I am of all the staff at the Ontario Center. My Primary Stylist, Kenia Jamie, always does an amazing job on my cut-ins and application. My Secondary Stylist, Vanessa Sears, does an outstanding job on my weekly upkeep. The Center Manager, Jessica, always ensures I'm taken care of promptly. Together these girls have managed to restore my confidence to what it once was. I am very happy to be a part of the HairClub family and proud to call the Ontario Center home.

WELL, I previously gave Hair club a 5 star review. I've had a complete change of heart. I am a fairly new client. I was told before committing that they were essential workers and that they would not be shutting down. THEY LIED!!!. Currently they are open to clients who would like to purchase hair products, and they offer virtual instruction on how to glue and install your unit,YOURSELF!. IF I KNEW HOW TO DO THIS.....I WOULDN'T NEED HAIR CLUB!. Well, its been 6 weeks since my last appointment and my unit is hanging on by a hair, and I still have to wait for who knows how much longer before they will start seeing clients again. I wish I would have know that they leave you to fend for yourself before I had this unit installed. If you are looking for help with your hair I suggest that you google hair dressers that work with toppers and wigs. You will find a better selection of hair dressers that are reliable and available, and much more affordable.
