I recently completed my Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) training, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! The instructor, Derek was incredibly knowledgeable and made the learning process engaging and informative. The expertise shone through in every lesson, blending hands-on practice with essential theory. I appreciated the personalized attention; they took the time to ensure each student understood the concepts fully. The training facility itself was well-equipped, creating a comfortable learning environment. I also liked the emphasis on real-world applications, as we had the opportunity to work on live models, which boosted my confidence significantly. Overall, this training has given me the skills and techniques needed to excel in SMP. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in pursuing a career in this field. I have had 3 treatments with Brad at Scalp Micro and could not be happier with the results. Before I got SMP, my confidence was at an all time low but that changed thanks to Brad. Derek is the best. Took his class over a year ago and I’ve been doing SMP ever since. Just went in for a touch up yesterday and realized I never left a review. Dude is humble, never forces the sale, doesn’t even ask for reviews (which maybe he should begin doing because I’m sure he’d get a ton more). He’s very supportive and encouraging. Easy to talk to. Went to see Derek in the LA office for SMP and wish I would have done it 10 years sooner. I did a ton of research on various places and people and the first time I talked to Derek and after seeing his work I knew he was the man. He is unbelievable artist with attention to detail. Just look at the guys abs and you’ll know what I mean. After the first session I almost crashed my car 3 times on the way home because I couldn’t stop looking in the rear view mirror at my new hairline. The first session sets the groundwork for the masterpiece and it fades away. The second session completes the masterpiece worthy of a museum. If you are thinking of getting SMP just stop and do it. With that said, you have to do it with Derek as there are a ton of hack jobs out there. This guy trains people how to do it and has clients fly in from all over the planet. If you are worried about people noticing your SMP, don’t be. They know something is different but nobody can pinpoint exactly what it is. I’m 49 and wish I would have done it in my 30’s. I’m someone who’s been quietly researching and watching the top SMP artists for a few years now and Derek has always risen to the top of the top artists. I finally decided to reach out and couldn’t be happier that I did. Derek is beyond kind and cool and talks you through it all on a call to kick things off before committing to anything. I booked immediately after the call and my life has been changed. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to get SMP and the confidence and aesthetic it re ignited in me. My hat collection is a little pissed but whatever. It’s really hard to get a slot with Derek and only getting harder (which I’m sure will mean more expensive later on, that’s just how supply and demand works). Do it. Book it. You won’t regret it!
