⭐⭐⭐Up front sales were good; however, I was told they could not schedule one of my monthly visits because the therapist was on vacation that day. When I called in to see if I could come in and get my products (that only last for 30 days) I was told that they were closed for the holiday (which was on the day before). This means I'll end up going for 4 days without products that they said should be taken every day without fail. Seem they should have given me more product upfront so this wouldn't have been an issue. Seems like a poor customer service experience for nearly $6,000.
